It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!
A lighted Christmas Parade will take place in Louisiana, MO on Saturday, November 30th. The parade will begin at Sunset Park at 5:00 p.m. on Georgia St and proceed east on Georgia to 3rd. St. Line up begins at 4:00 p.m.
Entries will be judged and cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Please be sure to clearly display your organization or business name on your entry, for judging purposes. You do not have to be a business or resident of Louisiana to place an entry in the parade.
This year will feature strolling carolers and Santa will be receiving visitors at the Louisiana Historical Museum, 304 Georgia St., immediately following the commencement of the parade and tree lighting.
Pop-up vendors will be available beginning at 4:00 p.m. on 4th St. for your shopping pleasure and our local businesses will be extending shopping hours for the evening.
